Getting Started
Kadima Payments is a payment infrastructure company that provides dedicated merchant accounts with access to 200+ gateway integrations. Unlike aggregated platforms like Stripe or Square, we assign you your own merchant ID and tailor your processing environment to your business model, volume, and industry. That means greater stability, transparent pricing, and a team that understands how you operate.
Click "See If You Qualify" anywhere on our site or visit the application page directly. Our 7-step application walks you through business details, processing history, and banking information. Pre-qualification takes about 2 minutes and gives you an immediate indication of approval likelihood.
Pre-qualification is instant. Once you submit your full application with supporting documents, underwriting typically takes 1-2 business days. Some accounts are approved the same day, depending on business type and documentation completeness.
To get started, you will need a government-issued photo ID, a voided check or bank letter confirming your account, and 3 months of recent bank statements. If you have existing processing history, we also request at least 2 months of processing statements to help us build the best pricing and risk profile for your account.
Processing & Fees
We support card-present transactions through POS terminals and retail hardware, card-not-present transactions for online stores, phone orders, and mail orders, ACH bank transfers for direct debit and recurring payments, and recurring billing with automated scheduling. Our gateway integrations let you accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and more.
Pricing is custom-built for every merchant based on your business type, monthly volume, and risk profile. There are no hidden fees. Every charge on your statement is clearly labeled and explained. To get a personalized quote, submit an application or contact our team.
Yes. We offer standard ACH processing with 3-5 business day settlement, real-time bank account verification, and automated reconciliation. ACH is an excellent option for businesses with recurring billing, high-ticket transactions, or customers who prefer paying directly from their bank account.
A Merchant Category Code (MCC) is a four-digit number assigned by card networks like Visa and Mastercard to classify what your business sells or the services it provides. Your MCC affects interchange rates and processing eligibility. During your application, our team helps you identify the correct MCC to ensure accurate classification and optimal pricing.
Account & Security
Visit the Login page and select Kadima Dashboard. Sign in with the credentials provided to you at account activation. From the dashboard you can view transactions, manage settlements, download statements, and monitor chargebacks in real time.
We provide chargeback alerts so you know the moment a dispute is filed, along with representment tools that help you compile and submit compelling evidence. Our team guides you through the response process and ensures your case is submitted within the card network's deadline. Proactive chargeback management helps protect your revenue and your merchant account standing.
We use a multi-layer fraud screening approach that includes velocity checks, AVS and CVV verification, 3D Secure support, and real-time transaction monitoring. These tools work together to block fraudulent transactions while keeping approval rates high for legitimate customers.
Yes. Submit a support ticket through our Merchant Support page and include a new voided check or bank letter. Bank account changes are reviewed for security and typically process within 2-3 business days.
